Applejack is made out of cuddly anti-pill fleece with felt accessories. She also has some poly-pellets in her feet to help her stand.

Although I am keeping this first plush, I am already started on making a second to be sold on my storenvy: [link]

Her body pattern is a slightly modified version of :iconvalleyviolet:'s. Her tail, mane, eye, and cutie mark are all my original patterns.

How did you attach the eyes/cutie mark if I may ask? I don't see any stich lines.

Thank you very much! I actually used special fabric cement (basically fabric glue) on the back of each of the felt pieces. If done carefully, you can attach the felt nicely without any of the glue being seen or felt!

Yep! All her accessories are felt. I don't have an embroidery machine so I had to learn to use the felt. I've actually become pretty fond of it now though, I think it gives plushies a nice homemade look :)
